Our products
FORGED FITTINGS: the ideal solution for high pressure applications and particularly severe conditions. The denomination “forged” refers to the procedure used to obtain them that is through forging. They have a good corrosion resistance and durability overtime.
They are typically used for high pressure plants, process lines, chemical and petrochemical plants, energy power plants and oil&gas applications.
They can be supplied in different forms: elbows, tees, reductions, nipples ect.
BUTT WELD FITTINGS: designed to create long-lasting connections between tubes ensuring the fluid maximum continuity and an excellent tightness reducing the risk of pressure drop. For these reasons, they are usually used for high pressure and high temperature plants as well as in process industrial plants and energy infrastructures.
THREADED FITTINGS: do not require welding, they are easy to install and often used in contexts where maintenance is frequently required. For instance, they are used for auxiliary systems, distribution networks, pneumatic lines and hydraulic circuits. Due to versatility and practicality they are the ideal choice for several industrial and civil applications.
COMPRESSION FITTINGS: are used to link together tubes with small diameters often used in the instrumentation field and for control and process lines. The connection to the tube is achieved via a mechanical joint with a double ferrule, eliminating the need for welding. This design simplifies installation and maintenance operations. They are used for instrumentation plants, technical gases lines, laboratories rather than chemical plants and automation/control systems.
