Dekabon Tubes
Tecra supplies two kinds of dekabon tubes: MALUFORM or SYNFLEX.
They consists of an aluminium inner part coated with a polyethylene layer that, in turn, is covered with a polyethylene membrane. Considering their composition they are extremely light and flexible and they have got properties of both metal and plastic tubes.
They can be suitable for chemical substances transport.
They are used in the pneumatic field and in humid environments or in context exposed to atmospheric and corrosive agents and substances; they resist to low temperatures down to -30°C/-40°C and high to a maximum of 80°C.
Maluform dekabon tubes
Tecra supplies only black maluform tubes and, on request, they can be winded up onto wooden reels.
External diameters measures: 6,8,10,12,14. Different measurements on request.
Standard length: 50m-100m coils
To complete, quick couplings can be fitted.
Synflex dekabon tubes
Synflex tubes can be supplied in different colours, on request.
Available diameters: 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 15, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2
Available lengths: 25, 50, 100 m
Fields of application
Suitable for air and gas instrumentation and control, even in very damp environments.
