Located in the UAE, it is an ambitious project of Borouge, a joint-venture between ADNOC and BOREALIS which aims to become the second biggest polyolefins complex in the World. It should be completed by the end of 2025. Work is concerned with the extension and improvement of the existing petrochemical plant aiming at improving its production capacity.
