COPPER TUBES
With reference to copper, we supply RAW/ANNEALED, BARE/PVC or PE COVERED tubes in COILS/RODS, available in different kinds to meet every need. To complete the offer, you can also find copper or brass fittings and joints to connect the different components of a system.
The following are the main types we supply:
- smooth PVC coated (black or white) for automotive or industrial installations and for plumbing and drinking water systems;
- coated with a smooth yellow polyvinylchloride (PVC) sheath;
- coated with a yellow stellar LDPE (Polyethylene) sheat sub-floor systems of domestic gas networking;
- pre-insulated copper pipe with seamless Pe foam sheath, specific for heating systems;
- annealed in coils and raw in rods for plumbing and heating, air conditioning and refrigeration purposes.
In this regard, we refer to the electrical, HVAC, plumbing (ITS), refrigeration and conditioning industries (ACR) and also to cryogenic and compressed air systems.
TITANIUM TUBES
Furthermore, over the years, we have specialized in supplying titanium and conduit tubes available on demand.
Titanium is lighter than steel, but has got a high resistance to corrosion caused by chemicals. Our tubes are produced in rods according to the main grades:
- grade 1: biomedical, marine and chemical industries and in desalination plants
- grade 2: offshore oil rigs, biomedical, chemical and petrochemical industry
- grade 3: chemical, aircraft and aerospace industries, offshore oil rigs and for tubes
CONDUIT TUBES
On the other hand, conduit tubes are made of galvanized steel and due to the zinc layer, they are resistant to corrosion and they are typically used for ducting of cables, for safety electrical systems and for explosion-proof plant (AD-PE) in oilgas, petrochemical, offshore and energy fields.
We offer them of three kinds:
- Conduit tubes according to UNI7683 and UNI7684 European norm with tapered gas thread ends according to UNI6125 norm or with NPT threading according to the American standard ANSI/ASME B1.20.
A galvanized coupling is screwed on one end according to UNI7684 norm, while the other end is covered by a plastic cap.
Sizes: 1/2″, ¾”, 1″, 1. 1/4″, 1.1/2″, 2″, 2.1/2″, 3″, 3.1/2″, 4″, 5″, 6″ - Conduit tubes – ANSI C80.1 used for illumination of dangerous environments or chemical, pharmaceutical, flammable, explosive contexts and installation of protective cables. In this case, ends are threaded with couplings as per ANSI B1.20.1 NPT.
Sizes: 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″, 1″, 1.1/4″, 1.1/2″, 2″, 2.1/2″, 3″, 3.1/2″, 4″, 5″, 6″ - Conduit tubes according to EN10225 SI/Sm/Sp supplied together with the screw and the coupling.
