Demonstration plant realization for mixed plastic waste chemical treatment

This work belongs to a project aimed at enhancing plastic waste that can be reused and developing a new technology that is the chemical recycling of mixed plastic waste. Chemical recycling means that plastic waste are broken up into their basic elements (monomers and polymers) and from them new products are created. It is different from the usual mechanical recycling because in this case plastic waste is cleaned and crushed and, then, melted to create new products.
